100% this. I’m in a NR house that is nowhere near being a top house, and I would sincerely choose my house over any house on the row because it is the best house for ME. I have lots of friends in top OR houses but I don’t think I would fit into those houses as well as I fit into mine, and I think a lot of girls in “top” houses are there because they genuinely fit in best. I think people end up unhappy when they either choose a “top” house just because they want to be in a “good house” when it’s not the best place for them or they end up in a “bottom” house and never give it a chance because they think they’re above being there
