PNMs please... when you ask for a rec from someone you are only acquaintances with or someone who’s a mutual friend, you still need to send it yourself!!! Not have your mother do it! You’re in college now. I know it’s nerve wracking but just send the email. It makes rec writers a lot more confident in your ability to adjust when you get to campus.
