I think what her message is saying is that there are OOR girls in OR and a PNM will feel comfortable in that house if she is having a good experience there during recruitment. Just like there are IS girls in NR houses and they love their houses just the same as IS in OR. Just go where YOU feel good and don’t let some girl(s) in ABC or EFG tell you that you won’t fit into XYZ house because you are not from the area from which they usually draw.
