You’re not totally wrong but you’re exaggerating a lot. I’m in a house you didn’t list and we don’t “rarely” have swaps. We may have one or two less than other houses but we still have them. A ton of fraternities were on probation fall semester too which isn’t anyone’s fault but theirs. The girls from the houses listed who go to big fraternity date parties typically already knew those guys from home, or were set up by the hometown girls in their house if they’re in with them. A girl who joins one of those houses but doesn’t know anyone is going to have only a marginally higher chance of getting in with a top fraternity guy than a girl in my house. Also, a free swap at a bar with a huge tab paid by the fraternity is not the worst thing that’s ever happened
