I don't get the down votes. Either XO or Phi Mu not happy about their placement or the lower tiers being not happy as described as "what remained". Think it's a good summary of appeal. Tend to agree the middle group is a bit polarizing. But ahead of the "nice" but "not so notable" houses that follow. Also agree that AXO places high because they make most feel welcomed - even if you don't have a chance.
