Yes. I think their strategy is to discourage these PNMs from rushing in the first place. I am in a house that is on the lower end of the grade report and I have to say unless panhellenic raises the number of cuts across the board each round, I doubt these 3.0 and 3.1 girls are going bidless. Panhel usually gives us a number that doesn’t even allow us to cut all the sub 3.0 girls which is frustrating.
