New house created the opportunity for BIG change (anyone who was there when they were in their old house knows how much they’ve improved in the last three years). I think they also have a good mix of being fun but without trying as hard as houses like alpha phi or zeta to be a very specific image. I think (especially this year) they made girls feel welcomed and more at home than a lot of the houses they compete with
