It’s understandable that, if you are OOS and in a new row house, you would personally see new row houses as more desirable. Perhaps the reason old row only seems top on GR to you is because you are in a new row house and associate with new row girls who think new row is top. I assure you there are a lot of people in real life who believe old row is top.
