The high return rates are separated by 10 to 20 girls a year or so. Not remarkably different when considering the home town pressures noted earlier. At $7k or so a year, it becomes a value question. The socially awkward may need to continue to pay for friends....lol. That's a bit harsh, but I'm just not a believer that retention is the ultimate measure of happiness or satisfaction with the house.
