I think you’re being a little optimistic about retention rates in lower houses. I’m in a bottom house and our retention is terrible. Gotta keep in mind that lower houses often take 40 to 50 more new members than other houses so obviously they’re gonna have more seniors. My sorority’s senior class that just graduated lost over half but it was still a ton of girls because their PC was massive.
