Agree that tri delt also always has good grades and they don't get enough credit for that I think there are a lot of pretty pi phis Don't really have an opinion on money -- who cares? For OOS in OR houses, phi mu and axo have the most OOS but kappa and tri delt are very highly sought after by many top OOS PNMs and get some of the best OOS girls. KD didnt seem all that interested in OOS in the past although they are catching on, and most OOS girls don't choose AGD or XO (other than Mississippi and Memphis -- mostly because XO is strong at Ole Miss)
