Lots of girls date non-Greek guys, especially after freshman year when people stop being as obsessed with fraternity status. He won’t be able to go to frat parties unless he has friends in the house who invite him to the parties, so that might be difficult if you (as you should) want to go to the fraternities with your friends. I don’t think it will be awkward, but my advice to you is to make sure you’re making your own friends and have your own life at school that’s not just about him. It sounds like you are independent enough to want that for yourself anyways, but just wanted to put it out there
