YES bottom does not mean bad. There are houses that are bad fits for girls, and for a lot of girls the “top” houses would be a terrible fit and they’d be miserable there and “bottom” houses are the perfect home filled with lifelong best friends Anyone’s college experience will be infinitely better in a “bottom” house they love than being able to say they’re in a “top” house but never finding a home there.
