Alpha Phi and DG are both new within the last 10 years, they are at best lower-mid houses, but they are not the dead last choice for most NR girls. It depends on what direction SK goes, but even if they aren’t amazing I think they have a decent shot of not being the very bottom house within a few years. To start off I assume they will be bottom until they develop an identity, and that will decide where they go
