Why they are ranked on here higher: Known for being the “hot/fun popular girls that frats like” They are a relatively young chapter here (Installed in 2009). When they colonized they made sure to recruit a lot of pretty girls. But since they focused on growing a big chapter (which is necessary to compete here) many of their new members had lower GPAs. They became the up and coming chapter. They worked hard to become favorites with the fraternities. And they built a big beautiful new house as did most of our chapters. So they surpassed some of the other chapters that had more well-rounded women/chapters.
