With so many PNMs going through recruitment, it’s safe to assume that no one factor can get you into a chapter, but one factor can get you cut. You can be the total package but have a sucky GOA and get dropped. You can have a great GPA, recs, cute outfits, bubbly personality, be a legacy, extracurriculars, but if your social media shows you facing a bottle of vodka you’re cut. It’s not like Indiana with an unreasonably low quota for the number of ONMs in recruitment; if you’re cut completely, it happened for a reason.
