I think GPhi has improved, especially the past two years, and I also agree that APhi and DG have fallen. Other than Zeta and Pi Phi which are clearly higher ranked, I only see ADPi as higher than GPhi in NR houses. DG, APhi, DZ, AOPi and Theta are behind them. I predict NR rush 2018 will break out as follows: Pi Phi (new house will help) and Zeta ADPi and GPhi APhi and DG AOPi and DZ Theta (old house will hurt them again)
