I was 19 turning 20 during rush and I was a sophomore. I don’t think you’ll have a problem getting a bid, but it might be a little hard relating to the girls in your pledge class since they’ll be 18 and want to go to band parties and swaps, and you’ll want to go to bars with the upperclassmen. You’ll just have to work harder to bond with your pc which is harder, but not impossible. I’ve had a great experience in my sorority as an upperclassman
