My house requires everyone to have hair and makeup done for rush (and I think that’s pretty standard across the board), but the actives are also inside with the air conditioning blasting and (at least in my house) the requirement is not saying that we need full on cake face, just that we need enough makeup on to look presentable and put together. Like @X said, as a PNM you will look better with minimal makeup that you can actually keep on your face than a full face of makeup that’s sliding off because of the humidity. I personally wouldn’t recommend NO makeup, but if you have clear skin you can honestly get away with mascara/ eyeliner/ doing your eyebrows/ and some lipgloss or lipstick and be 1000% fine.
