First time commenting on this thread, but surely you know that different houses do membership selection differently.... Some are more public and some are not. There are pros and cons of each. Of course our methods are different - it’s like there are different unique sororities here or something. For what it’s worth to the OP, for my house, once you clear the cut for grades which is around a 3.3 for about 95% of PNMs, your grades won’t matter as much later. When making our final decisions, we’re going to weigh personality and fit more than whether some girl had a 4.2 vs 3.8.
