IMO it’s way better for them to recruit separately, otherwise it will throw off RFM. Tons of PNMs will end up there as they continue to “maximize their options” and then they drop, which is what happened at Texas for years. It created animosity all around. Not all Panhellenic sorority chapters need to be even. Yet all of our Bama chapters that participate in formal are even sized memberships which makes the system work well.
