What is the connection between fraternities and jam bands? The Grateful Dead logos on t-shirts, Dead themed parties and cover bands, and all the jam band stuff around town at Moe's, Glory Bound, etc.? It seems like a lot of the bands that play in town are also jam bands and a lot of them are fraternity members. Just curious if anyone knows why that is? Is it like that at with school's Greek life?
