Yeah, they are involved and nice but it is a mixed house and there are reasons they are ranked low: 1. They have a smaller, older house. It is harder to recruit when competing with our houses that are amazing. 2. They are a NR house that takes many OOS girls. 3. Not a Machine controlled house. 4. Unlike most other houses, they have all of their girls rush. They don't seem to hide their less then perfect girls upstairs or in behind the scenes jobs. I saw all different types of girls at the theta house, some beautiful some average, some social and some quiet hard to talk to.
