When it comes to grades ADP and AOP beat DG. When it comes to sisterhood they have either the best or second to best after ADP. When it comes to looks they are behind Alpha Phi, but tied with ADP. If Gamma Phi continues to recruit based on looks (last pledge class) they will surpass ADP and DG, but currently they still have their older pledge classes that are very mixed. When it comes to their philanthropy they are probably the best or at least on top. Socially they are mediocre. Alpha Phi and ADP beats them. They are equivalent to AOP/DZ, but DZ is more of a party house. They aren’t a machine strong house like AOP. In my opinion they are middle tier. HOWEVER, if they don’t recruit an amazing pledge class next year Gamma Phi, AOP, and DZ will gain on them. Big areas of improvement for Gamma Phi grades and sisterhood, AOP needs to improve in recruitment and looks, and DZ needs to improve their sisterhood and retention rates.
