Trust me, coming from a far OOS girl, you will be able to tell which houses aren’t interested in you based on geography right off the bat. For me personally (I rushed in ‘14) Tri Delt and Alpha Gam clearly had no interest in getting to know me so when they dropped me after open house there was no love lost because I would not have wanted to be there and was not excited about the houses for a second. Just because a house is a “top house” does not mean it’s the right house for you. Trust your gut during rush and (not to be cheesy) trust the process. It will work out.
