I'm from an OTM suburb and went new row (gasp, shocking, GR acts like we don't exist!). Been super frustrating to watch the mean, nasty girls who made my life hell in high school usher in their rude younger bffs to "top" sororities. I'd encourage PNMs to not get caught up in trying to land in a "top" sorority and just go where you feel more comfortable - I ranked my house above a top old row house and could not be happier with my decision - and my ability to get a different sorority experience than most girls from my high school.
