For all the PNMs out there, don’t worry too much about how where you are from will impact your rush experience. It is true that OR houses take less OOS girls, but I know girls from far OOS in every old row house who came into rush knowing NO ONE. You will end up in a house that’s a good fit for you, and if a house drops you just because of where you’re from, why would you want to be there anyways? You can’t change where you’re from, so focus on being your best self and showing houses what a great person you are, because that’s what will be the most important!
