I think it would be a good thing to start using OOR, for Out of Region, as a descriptive reference. This is because Alabama has become such a larger draw for both OOS and OOR, and in-state is become much less of a key factor in recruitment (given it is still big, just not as big). Many houses--mostly the old row--may have a lot of OOS but not many OOR and so it can be misleading for a house to tout that it is "way more than half OOS" and create the impression that they have a lot of OOR. This is because most or almost all of those "OOS" are from like Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina etc. To me, if a state does not have an SEC or ACC school, it should be considered OOR.
