I know of a girl from NY in Chi O (don't really know her too personally) and I don't think she had any connections. good grades, money, all that but no connections. Did she just somehow get lucky? Or is it not as hard to get in as everyone makes it seem? Is bonding with the girls and having good stats enough? Or are connections essential?
