Despite the negative stereotypes, I know QUALITY in state girls who chose NR houses (and not just top new row houses) because they wanted their own college experience or they genuinely clicked with the girls in the house and felt at home there. Honestly more than the girls themselves, I’ve found that some in state parents can be SO rude and demeaning when PNMs are interested in houses they don’t think are up to their standard. I wish those parents would let their daughters chose what makes them happy instead of showing what shallow, washed up losers they are trying to relive their glory days.
