That’s what I thought, and I didn’t think it was a terrible strategy at the time. But 100 smaller than the next smallest house is a SIGNIFICANT difference so I think they must have exaggerated that small PC being intentional. Now they will have to take a huge COB class and probably a huge PC next year to make up for that difference, which puts them in a bad place. But maybe they are banking on being able to pull a way better PC with the new house so it will be ok to take a bigger PC?? We’ve all seen what a difference a new house made for gpb so maybe they are hoping for similar results
