Which houses make you keep up nutrition charts and exercise hours? My older cousin used to talk about how many grams of protein she was supposed to have each day at her house. Her house is talking to me but I didn’t want to ask specifics. I’ve had some trouble maintaining a healthy weight (I’m a gymnast and under lots of pressure). I’m hoping the nutrition log and exercise hours will help me not OVERDO it.
