Usually all the guys on University are the top dogs. It kind rotates but basically: OX, Sigma Chi, and Pike have been the top party houses ATO is top new row for studious guys Pi Kapp and Beta are decent I'm a senior and Phi Psi and Sig Ep were so bad when I was a freshman, but with their new houses I'm sure they are attracting better guys and rising. In 5-10 years who know where they'll be. Probably won't touch OX, EX, Pike, etc but will be ok.
