KKG at OSU has to have been granted overriding permission from either campus higher-ups and/or the OSU greek adviser to recolonize, and it would be silly of KKG to be doing so without NPC approval, too. I doubt that KKG has made it their new policy to (re)colonize wherever and however they want without following the unanimously agreed-upon NPC (re)colonization rules.
