if both are academically competitive and have similar girls (above average looking, not crazy partiers), and the only big difference is number of instate girls and I guess house size (but thetas getting a new house), why are they always ranked at opposite ends of the spectrum?? as someone who's not in either house, the girls seem pretty similar to me so its weird that AXO is always top and theta is always bottom tier. why??
