The above #2 is pretty good, but 1 through 3 the rank for in state and 4 through 7 the rank for OOS. I know - it's not quite that straightforward, OOS do go OR, blah, blah, blah. But if you are in state and know many people here, you deeply understand that the houses in 1 through 3 are where you want to be. If you are from OOS - particularly non southern - 4 through 7 is a good way to see ranks and where you may want to focus.
