It means selecting only one chapter. And yes, I did this. I knew I was where I meant to be and totally felt at home with my choice. The other chapter I had at pref was very nice to me but I felt no connection to them and felt everything was forced chit chat between us. I know I took a risk only selecting one chapter but I didn’t wish to join the other. I was thrilled on bid day to receive a bid! I don’t know how often people do this. I don’t recommend it to others even though I did it myself.
