Most valued (early on): Tend to be the ones members already have a connection with so they know the PMN would be a good fit for their group. There are always some PNMs that look great on insta and have great recs, rep or are somehow a leader or have a talent that a chapter would like to have. Chapters want a variety of talents, leaders, personalities to round out their membership. A PNM having a really big insta following (like 15k) could send red flags for some chapters.
