There seems to be a real “push” on here since this past fall regarding Phi Mu and putting them on top with AXO, KKG, and XO. Are they a strong house? Yes. Are they extra as heck? Yes. They haven’t been on top of the top for the previous 3 pledge classes. Is this partially due to being in their swing house ( other houses seemed to have faired better in their swing houses), partially due to raising dues considerably during construction of their white house, or partially due to needing to take COB’s because of the high dues? Maybe all of it. They earned a rep of having high maintenance girls (who put a lot of that maintenance on credit) and not being the warmest to other girls in other houses at date parties. I will say that they got a good pledge class this past fall and work very hard to be perceived as flawless.
