I'm beginning to ask alumnae women to fill out my rec letters, but some of them have never filled one out before. If a chapter has a "recommendation form" online (for example, I found a pdf for AGD that is like a fill-in-the-blank sheet), then does the alumnae simply fill out the form and send that? Or do they write an actual letter? Does it vary for houses? Sorry I'm a bit clueless, I just want to be sure :)
