Can someone please explain to me WHY ON EARTH Sig Delt is trying to get Sig Ep's old house??? They applied for it along with Theta Tau, ADPhi, Alpha Sig, and Sam. In a year and a half all the sororities will be finished building and there will be 2 swing houses left over... Kappa Sig is getting one, Sig Delt could EASILY get the other one... So why are they applying to move into a ratty house on FRAT ROW???
