Alright serious question here... why am I seeing everywhere that the new Pi Phi house is 18 million dollars?? I mean like, EIGHTEEN? seriously? Phi mu’s house was like $13.4 million and I’ve heard DZ’s new one is $15 million, which makes sense for both of them because the houses are MASSIVE. So what’s the deal? Are Pi Phi’s toilets made of gold or something? Is the Mona Lisa in there? It just seems physically impossible for that house to be $18 million given that it’s not that big!!
