There aren’t 3 because they’re so different you can’t compare some to each other. For example, Zeta would not be top to a Mountain Brook Girl, Tri Delt wouldn’t be top to a girl from Mobile and KD wouldn’t be top to a girl from NJ. If you’re a southerner, top houses are AXO, PM, XO and Kappa. If you’re from 2 zip codes in Alabama, you might think KD was top. If you’re a northerner, top houses to you might be some of the above, but more likely ZTA or PBP. Next up would be APhi if you’re into looks or maybe ADPi if you’re more into grades.
