But is the agreement binding a PNM to one house if she goes through pref an NPC rule or an individual university's Panhellenic rule? University panhellenics are allowed certain powers regarding recruitment that vary from campus to campus, for example setting minimum GPA to rush, days of recruitment, budget limitations, whether junior colleges associated with the main university are allowed to rush, etc. As far as I know, a MRABA does not hold the same weight as an individual sorority that has initiated a new member. The old sorority wouldn't be involved much because new members drop before initiation all the time.
