To tell the truth. Maybe. That is a pretty nasty thing to have attached to your name. These ladies writing tour recs, do they know you well personally? Good enough to know the real you? Maybe wait a few months to get them to write them. Who knows what new scandals can happen. But yes you could of gotten your self already in the "no" pile.
