Top tier is fine, maybe DDD needs one year of a PC of equal quality as 17 to be considered actually top. Lower top is fine Upper Mid: Pi Phi is noticeably better than APhi or GPhi. Maybe just them and AGD (20% good, 80% Southern rejects). Might move AGD to lower top depending on your values, but they're the worst of Old Row without doubt. Middle Mid: ADPi, DG Lower Mid: AOPi, DZ, Theta. I completely switched these pairs compared to the OP. These sororities are trending downwards. Worse houses, worse sisterhood, worse success in grades and competitions.
