1. Houses don't affect rush results as much as people make it out to seem... I mean at the end of the day, are PNMs really basing their decision off what the houses look like? No. 2. Theta is not going "homeless" while their house is under construction. They will be using the German house as a swing house. 3. Theta and AOPi have "fallen" behind for other various reason... Don't get me wrong, both houses are GREAT. AOPi will be done building by the end of the year and Theta's going to start building this Spring. Both houses are going to be huge and the renderings are stunning.
