Many things. Grades is a huge one. Successful philanthropy events that people want to attend. Getting who they want during recruitment. Chi O has frequent majors fairs and internship panels in-house that many girls go to. Some houses just provide their members with better experiences than others and that’s fine. And by your standard measure, there ARE bottom houses here. Sororities are very good at hiding their skeletons, so to speak, but they are definitely there.
