This entire thread is a joke. These houses are filled with smart, involved, beautiful girls who happen to be from out of state, often far out of state. Threads like this show how terrified Alabama girls, mommas, and alums are of these accompished women and all that they are bringing to the school. These out of state girls are bringing a variety of experiences and amazing accomplishments and getting a free or reduced education. Fear and jealousy are powerful motivators. The "top" houses are quickly losing their relevance and everyone on campus knows it. If you asked 80% of campus about those houses GR places at the top it they would think you were pranking them. Irrelevant is the best word, followed perhaps by forgetable. Most of the girls in those houses don't care either, if they did they would be more involved and make more of an effort to do something outside of their small circle. It is a few backwoods girls but mainly the alums who are reeling from these changes and as a result desperately fighting to push groups to the bottom to make themselves feel important. Once you step foot on campus you realize that there is really not much difference between the quality of girls at any of the houses. truth.
