Keep in mind that it may be harder to get involved in some extracurricular activities and leadership opportunities if you're not Greek. And while most Greeks are cool with GDIs, there will be the occasional entitled jerk who will snub you or walk away when they find out you're not in a house. Honestly, if you're not sure you want to rush, I think I might look at another school where Greeks don't "rule the school" as much.
